On Wednesday September 25th at around 6 P.M. the radiator on my 2009 FX 35 cracked. I was still able to drive the car home as it was a slow leak. On Thursday at around 8:30 A.M. in the morning I called Ste on my 2009 FX 35 cracked. I was still able to drive the car home as it was a slow leak. On Thursday at around 8:30 A.M. in the morning I called Steve Cleckley to see how to handle this matter. He took my call even though it was his day off, as he always has, and sent me to Clark Hearold. Clark gave me the number for roadside assistance and my car was loaded up at around 9:45 A.M. and on its way to Denver for the service. At the time I had no idea that the radiator cracked so I was anticipating maybe three or four days for them to isolate the problem and fix it. Clark called me on Friday at 10 A.M. to inform me it was indeed the radiator and that the car would be done and ready to pick up around 2P.M. Originally I had the car towed because it wasn't in drivable condition and I live in the mountains so I wasn't sure how to handle this situation since I didn't want to drive 3 hours both ways to go and pick up the vehicle. Clark suggested that I call roadside assistance. I called roadside assistance and they also covered the tow back to my house. All of my service work was done for FREE! Thank God I bought the extended warranty with this vehicle or this could have been a real headache. Just another reason I am glad I own an Infiniti. Infiniti of Denver always takes great care of me in a very timely manner. More
We had never visited this dealership prior to this recent purchase, and just happened by. We were very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the show room and how friendly and receptionist was. We were immediately helped and began working with Toni Pucci. He listened to our needs and immediately responded and got a car for us to test drive. Toni was very knowledgeable about the model we were interested in and described things wonderfully about the car. Tony spent all the time we needed to answer our questions and test drive the car. Overall, we were very pleased with every employee of Infiniti of Denver that we got to work with. Thank you for taking good care of us and getting us into a car we LOVE! Shout out for Infiniti - Aurora, CO. On Wednesday evening our radiator, in our Infiniti, cracked at the seal and anti-freeze was pouring out. Tim was leaving town early the next morning and I could in no way our radiator, in our Infiniti, cracked at the seal and anti-freeze was pouring out. Tim was leaving town early the next morning and I could in no way drive it down to Denver to get it fixed. So...David (the MAN when Tim is gone) called, Steven(sp?) at Infiniti and they came up the next day, drove it to Denver, fixed it, then brought it back LAST NIGHT (Friday)!!! So...in 2 days they handled it completely! We live 2 HOURS FROM DENVER! We, luckily, had purchased the upgraded warranty with Infiniti which I will ALWAYS praise for the service that we got! And our next vehicle...will be an Infiniti!!! — feeling blessed at Infiniti of Denver. More

I actually went to the dealership for an oil change on my Infiniti G37. The car was a lease that expired 3/28/14. As this was my first lease, I wasn't sure if I could turn it in early without penalty for a S Infiniti G37. The car was a lease that expired 3/28/14. As this was my first lease, I wasn't sure if I could turn it in early without penalty for a SUV. My rear-wheel drive Infiniti (from Texas) wasn't working so well in the snow. This outfit is on top of it. You can tell the sales people like working there and with each other. They were friendly. Sales manager was not hovering over anybody or glad handing you like at high press people like working there and with each other. They were friendly. Brandon had no hesitation to show us a vehicle at closing time and take it for a test drive. Steven was just plain enjoyable to be with. Tony was perfectly attentive and professional. They always had cars available to test drive and knew their product line. Negotiation was painless as could be for a major purchase and closing was handled expeditiously. More
