I give Infinity of Denver the highest rating I can for an Automobile dealership. My wife and I were interested in buying a used Toyota Sienna van and found one on line at this dealership. It was a 2006 that had been very well maintained ( 25 service records on KBB)by the previous owner and as such could have been sold for much higher than it was priced . I made an offer on a very fairly priced unit and the salesman accepted it without haggling with me. Since it had not had timing belt replaced yet by previous owner, Infinity did that as part of the deal and also a water pump as the indicator light came on during test drive. In a business where the average client is worth 10 times what I am, they treated me like I was buying a $70k vehicle. First Class. More
My visit was for a scheduled maintenance check-up. When I arrived early in the morning Clark was expecting me. I was only there about an hour and everything was checked and I was ready to go. We came to the dealership just to sort of window shop. We had been to Mike Ward because of a previous purchase, but they were not as willing to come to a deal (they are a phenomonal dealer too, but this isn' had been to Mike Ward because of a previous purchase, but they were not as willing to come to a deal (they are a phenomonal dealer too, but this isn't about them). We went through the motions; test drove, inspected the vehicle, talked price, and valued our trade. Brandon worked to the very best of his ability to get us an outstanding deal on our used vehicle purchase. After we had signed and driven home, I noticed that the servo in the steering column that moves the wheel up and down was broken. We then brought it back to have it fixed and the dealership incurred the cost. That says a lot about the integrity of a company. The gentleman that helped me in the Service Dept. was Cory, he was very knowledgeable and courtious. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them and will be doing so again, if the economy allows it! More
I came in for my regular service and when they were looking over my car they noticed that I had 2 nails in one of my tires. So they let me know and then fixed it with patches at no additional charge. Sales Consultant, Tony Pucci offered me a great deal on a G37X. Not once did I feel pressured into buying, and he was very informative. He was good to talk to and answered all my questions.
