We were car shopping for a good deal on a luxuary car lease. Infinit was our last stop. We were greeted by Steve who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to accommodate our needs. Needless to say, we were on our way test driving a GX37 and we totally loved the car. The negotiation didn't last long and we got the price we wanted ($3,000 of the car price, 12K miles...buying on the last day of the month always helps). Now, could we have pushed it more? Yes, but the fact these guys were honest, straight-forward, and accommodating didn't make that necessary (of course, you try and build a lasting professional rapport for future dealings). No games, just straight and quick negotiation. We worked with Jon to sign all the paperwork. He's purely professional and focusing on one thing and one thing only: getting you to sign (now it was late in the day, and that could be the reason why). He was super-sonic in covering terms and conditions; he tried some humor (but with the speed he was going, it fell on deaf ears). I would recommend that Jon take his time in going over the documents; the last thing a customer wants is to be rushed, especially when signing documents. The car wasn't ready the day of, so we got a loaner for few days. To compensate for that inconvenience, they gave us a free tint for the car. Steve drove the car to my work and was very helpful in showing me the features of the car and getting my phone set up etc. In summary, Steve was great to work with and would definitely give him high remarks for his salesmanship, honesty, integrity, well-rounded knowledge of the cars he's selling, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would buy from them again! More
Steve Cleckly was our salesman we worked with on buying our Infiniti. Steve was awesome. We were from out of town and he picked up my husband and I from the airport. He let my husband drive an Infiniti from the airport to the dealership so we could evaluate our purchase. When we arrived at the dealership we went through our paperwork quickly and smoothly. Steve then went through the entire vehicle with us and all the electronics. He then set up our phones, and then input all our destinations in our navigation system. Our hotel, restaurants and a shopping mall. He was very knowledgable on the Infiniti. Thanks Steve! I would definitely buy another vehicle from you! More

I live in Southern California and purchased a 2011 BMW X5 that they advertised on Autotrader.com. The whole transaction went great! I called to inquire about the vehicle and spoke with Brandon the Internet Sales Manager. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He sent me all I requested via email and answered my questions immediately. It was like I was in the dealership personally. The price was awesome and the car was in perfect condition after reviewing the high quality photos that Brandon shot and emailed to me. He even took the X5 to the local BMW dealership to have them check out for any issues. He had John in finance prepare quotes on financing and extended warranties which he emailed. Brandon then explained all my options with obtaining an extended warranty....all this on the busy Memorial Day weekend at the end of the month! I decided to book a flight that following week just to make sure the car was as good as it seemed. Brandon picked me up from the airport personally. I was then introduced to John in finance and we went through all the paperwork and all terms and prices were exactly what was promised over the phone/email. John got me used car financing for a lower rate than what most new cars finance for. He was also very helpful with the extended warranty and explained it so I could compare it with the BMW CPO program. The whole experience was great! Later that day the dealership had me taken back to the airport so I could catch my flight home. I have to say that the INFINITI OF DENVER has excellent customer service and they go above and beyond what I have experienced here in Southern California. All this for a customer who is from out of the area and not even buying an Infiniti. First class all the way!!! More

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Tony is a no pressure sales person, I felt very comfortable talking with him about the car. When he asked if I wanted to take it on a test drive I responded no an pressure sales person, I felt very comfortable talking with him about the car. When he asked if I wanted to take it on a test drive I responded no and he accepted my response without trying to get me to test drive. He spent a long time talking to us not just about the car but about other things like where were worked, lived, etc. He is an extremely nice guy. When we got up to leave he didn't pressure us to stay. A week later when I called and told him we were going to buy the car I told him I didn't want this to be a long drawn out process he assured me that it wouldn't be and sure enough about 1 hr later we were done with the buying process. After we bought the car, Tony spent about 30 -45 minutes explaining all the functionalities of the vehicle. Michelin was great also, he was very thorough in explaining the financing to us and got us, what we think, is the best deal. He was honest and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting. He too also talked to us about things other than just the financing. These two guys are great to work with. Highly recommend them. More

I went to test drive it late on a Sat.evening and your sales consultant Tony Pucci was able to let me have a nice test drive as well as let me see what the numbers were and see if we could make a deal. Tony was what I felt very straightforward and concise with the amounts and terms I was looking at. He was not pushy or demanding in his tone but just gave me the facts as they were. I very much appreciated the no pressure environment with Tony and also when I did the financing with Marcel. They both have great personalities that made the whole experience a pleasure from beginning to end. I ended up with a gorgeous 2006 350 z Roadster for a very fair price and delivered to me nicely detailed and full of gas!! So far ,loving the car and looking forward to many more months of summer with the top down! I would definitely recommend people to come to you guys when buying a new Infiniti or a used car as well. I thought that given that the purchase occurred two years ago, that I would have difficulty with the paint issue. To the contrary, there was absolutely no hesitation from Brandon to fix the problem at no cost to me. This a great example of the customer service and care that Brandon and the entire team at Infiniti of Denver operates under. I would definitely recommend Brandon to family and friends. I purchased a slightly used M37X in 2007. I also purchased an extended warranty. During a holiday I was out of town driving this car and it developed a noise in the rear. I had it diagnosed and purchased an extended warranty. During a holiday I was out of town driving this car and it developed a noise in the rear. I had it diagnosed and it was a wheel bearing failure, I called the dealer, it was less than 1,000 miles over extended warranty by the time I got home and took it in. They said they would work with me on the repair...they had the car 2 days I never did get a price, finally went and got it and took it somewhere else for repairs. I called service manager and left a message to discuss.....no response. I'm currently experiencing another wheel bearing problem that makes me wonder about recalls. Don't worry I will not call Infiniti Of Denver for Service. However, I have enjoyed the car and will be handing it down to my teenage son and looking to buy another. Not sure if I will stop by there or not at this point. More

I had mentioned to Clark that I was maybe looking for another Infiniti when my lease was up in five months. Tony came by and introduced himself, and over the next few months dropped a few reminder emails to give Infiniti of Denver a chance when deciding on my options. I ended up coming back to the dealership and closed the deal for another Infiniti. The whole process from introduction to closure was simple and Tony provided just the right amount of information at the right time. I look forward to continuing my relationship with the dealership.
