On 1/13 had appointment for lube and oil. At 10:30. I week before my car seemed to lose power. This was discussed. At 3:30 I was told needed a couple of hoses and had to be ordered. This was a long day sitting there. When I left I asked Alba if it was possible for someone to come that morning and pickup my car and return it as I couldn’t not sit again for hours. She said sure and would tell Anthony. Talked with Anthony a few days later and he confirmed guy would come at 8:00am and get car on 1/21. Guy came at 10:20. Nice kid. Car was not finished on 21st as wrong parts. Car had to stay another day. Did not receive my car until 1/22. @4:00pm. Three full days to fix my car. Outrageous! Little explanation. In the future, I will work with Alba as I have worked with her for many years. More

Everyone was extremely polite, super helpful. Patty went above and beyond and assisting me getting my vehicle into service.
