The technician was very rude and argumentative. He ordered a door handle and didn’t get all the parts needed to complete the job so we will have to go back again. We also made him aware that we ha He ordered a door handle and didn’t get all the parts needed to complete the job so we will have to go back again. We also made him aware that we had to have the car back no later than 1:00. He insured us that it was not a problem as we dropped the car off early enough with time to spare. Well that didn’t go as planned either. It was just a mess from start to not even finished. To even get in touch with someone on the phone is a real challenge. Would not recommend them! More

Purchased a gently used Tahoe from Infiniti had to shutter in the transmission was told that it would be taken care of on the wheel picked it back up still had the same issue as when I dropped it back shutter in the transmission was told that it would be taken care of on the wheel picked it back up still had the same issue as when I dropped it back off tried to take it back. They said they could not diagnose it had to take it to Chevy Chevy. Diagnosed it as a bad transmission. It’s a good thing. I purchased the warranty because I had to use it right away because of their negligence, very disappointed in the fact that infinity told me that they would fix it on the wheel prior to the purchase and did not. Drew was great but I thought he said my car would be washed and vacuumed. When it was returned to me, some of the same dirt was still on the vehicle and dirt still remained in the front floor and the ba washed and vacuumed.
