I called to let them know I was stuck in traffic and I was running 5-10 behind. She looked up my info and told me I did not have an appointment. I told her yes I do . She told me I was mistaken because there was nothing on the book for me. I said, I have a text confirming my appointment...she's like just come on in...we'll fit you in. It was very frustrating and I felt she could have been insinuating I was lying. It all worked out in the end. More
