Everyone in service, especially Adam Castle, was very polite and professional. They took care of a few issues with the card and returned it to my driveway. polite and professional. They took care of a few issues with the card and returned it to my driveway. More

I want to start out by saying that the entire staff is very polite and courteous up until I reported an issue, then silence. The day before I brought my car in for service, the sales manager Joe (rock sta very polite and courteous up until I reported an issue, then silence. The day before I brought my car in for service, the sales manager Joe (rock star - would buy another car from this dealer because of this man's honor), he made it possible for me to be able to swap out my under warranty dead battery. So why 3 stars? Everyone knows you pay double when you bring your out of warranty car in for service, that's a given. My problem is that after paying a bloated $1,325.00 for a starter replacement, I was charged a 3% Credit Card processing Fee on top of that! A few minutes later, I got in the car to drive it for the first time after receiving my car and the first thing I notice is one tire is showing as "flat" on my digital dashboard. I stop the car and get out and look at the tire that is showing as "flat" and it appears to be fine. On the service estimate, it showed $11K in things they listed as "critical" to repair, and nothing on their "critical" list said anything about a bad tire sensor. So either they had an accident in the shop and damaged my tire sensor and brushed it under the rug, or they damaged it during the delivery process. I took a photo and sent it to the service manager. No response from Martin. Yes, they washed the car, and delivered the car, thank you. But no thank you for causing me to have to get my tire sensor repaired, and no thank you for passing along your credit card fee to me, your customer. Can you imagine going to a 5-star restaurant and receiving the bill only to notice that they want to charge you an extra 3% for the credit card transaction? More
It’s always a pleasant experience with the gentlemen at the service department. The lounge always clean and stocked with snack as we wait for our car. the service department. The lounge always clean and stocked with snack as we wait for our car. More
