So, I go on there website, pick out a car, get my vehicle appraised by there site, was all good, now this is where the fun starts, I, tell them I’ll be back the next day on said vehicle, go in there to the d appraised by there site, was all good, now this is where the fun starts, I, tell them I’ll be back the next day on said vehicle, go in there to the dealer someone else is buying it, that’s not the problem tho. Salesman or Manager or whatever his title start jacking around on appraisal, so I tell him I need to get back home, he says I’ll call you within the hour with the info. Still waiting. Now the good part of my story is Lexus of Orland Park, did all the same that I did with Infinity except they honored their appraisal, plus a 1000 dollar Military discount and 350 dollar Costco discount, which were not available at Infinity, so instead of driving a QX 60 I, am now driving a Lexus RX 350 F Sport. More

I arrived at my appointment times the service advisory said i didn't have appointment. He looks at my phone there's an appointment but computer schedule wasn't working if u don't mind waiting we wii see u said i didn't have appointment.
