Thomas followed up with me just the right amount of times, and again, very respectful. I have already recommended him to one of my friends and I will continue to recommend him. I would also like to mention that Charlie in the service department was excellent as well. I didn’t end up purchasing because I got such a great deal from a private party. I really miss my infinity (it’s been one whole day) so I am sure I’ll be back within a couple of years. Thank you so much, great experience! Great cars! Way better than the Acura MDX which I was also looking at. You definitely get more for your money with Infinity AND the Infinity is much nicer on the inside as well. More
