I got a car wash that left scratches on the hood of my car. I'm not sure if the wax that was used or sponges had sand on it. I needed to have an oil change for my Infinity I-35, Lisa Gardini in the Service Department took my phone call, and scheduled my appointment within an hour of my call. The service was done efficiently and in a timely manner. A young man greeted me when I arrived who directed me to Lisa’s office. He was very polite and courteous. Lisa asked if I wanted an inspection and a car wash. In the inspection there were two items that will need to be addressed at a future date. I appreciated Lisa’s professionalism and her courtesy towards me. I will return for future service of my car. More
