My first experience at the dealership was horrible. This time changed my mind completely! Loved the customer service I received. I live in Loxahatchee, and went to a dealer in Stuart, not finding what I was looking for. Decided to stop at the Infiniti dealer in Stuart, and it was the best decision ever. We were greeted by Lou, a ve not finding what I was looking for. Decided to stop at the Infiniti dealer in Stuart, and it was the best decision ever. We were greeted by Lou, a very nice, professional gentleman. We found the perfect vehicle and in a couple of hours we were done. David Ferrera in Finance is awesome. He worked with us customizing what we needed. I know it was closing time but it did not phase them. They made sure we had our questions answered before we left.
