I Have always received excellent customer service. I have enjoyed bringing my car there every 5K miles for regular maintenance service. Kevin Horner was exceptional and always accommodated my needs and made things pleasant and explained all my service issues. Very happy with all that I experienced. Although my car has had a lot of issues and that I'm not very happy about. This has been a very expensive car that I had hoped to keep along time but as it stands it looks like I have to put a lot more money into fixing the issues and not sure what I'm going to do.
