What good is an appointment if you don’t even start work on the vehicle until 1 1/2 hours later? This was worse than going to a doctors appointment. And I’m sure you can relate to that! Poor communication. Had 11AM appointment. Service advisor never acknowledged me waiting in the showroom. After texting him that I was waiting there he still never came t Had 11AM appointment. Left my car for service in the morning. Received one text suggesting repairs and when I replied...I received no response.
