I took my car in twice and got it back the same way! That's why. I don't think that the Mechanic took my car for a test drive to see that the problem has been resolved. When I called back to say for the third time after bringing the car in twice already for a total of 3 an a half week that the problem is still there. I was told something else needs to be fixed and it's not covered by warranty. I am very, very disappointed by the the person supposedly worked on my car to resolve the issue. I was thinking about trading in my car for a new one at that location but I am reconsidering. I will be shopping around for a mechanic that knows what he is doing and get it fixed on my own. I will not be coming back to infinity. More

Bought a 2020 Q50 Red Sport (under 12K miles) from out of state and had it shipped to me. Car arrived with only 1 Key Fob and a missing tool kit. We were lucky enough to meet Jorge Sierra, the general manager of Infiniti in the Stewart, Florida location. Our car had a flat tire while traveling on the turnpike. We were fortunate enough to be close manager of Infiniti in the Stewart, Florida location. Our car had a flat tire while traveling on the turnpike. We were fortunate enough to be close enough to drive to Stuart, We spoke to Jorge, I might add, after they had already closed and he was able to direct us to the service center. He stayed late to do a full write up on the car and was able to leave it for the service manager to replace the tire the next day. He even offered to drive us to the hotel we were staying at! He really went out of his way to be extremely courteous and really helped us in our time of need. We would highly recommend Jorge and the infinity service department to anybody who wants to patronize the Infinity- Stewart dealership. They are truly amazing! More

Tried overcharging me for oil change when on the website it says otherwise…. Also went in to have one tire looked at and told me to not leave without getting all four done for 2,000$ WHICH IS xxxxING OUTRAG it says otherwise….
