I am very dissatisfied. Suzet left the escalade i was purchasing running for 4 hours in order to hide sensory issues. I was sold a car which was originally pink and was painted white. No one advised me the car was originally pink. I took the car to get serviced and found out the car has multiple issues, including an engine misfire. The service technicians at infinity kept saying that there is no issues. Ive been conned and they lost me as a customer as well as everyone I know. Then i call amanda to discuss how the carplace that i took the escalde to get serviced told me about the issues and she told me to bring the car in on monday and the technicians will see what they can do. Not once did she make me or my wife feel confident that she would fix this situation, that she would make it right so we could be happy customers. And we never really had a comforting feeling to begin with from the staff here. The papers we signed have an empty mark next to "color" of the car. They also charged for a pre delivery fee of $999.00 when the car was not delivered to me. More
