Austin and Pedro were excellent. They operated as a team when one was unavailable, the other bridged the gap and provided great customer service. I remain unimpressed with the GM, They operated as a team when one was unavailable, the other bridged the gap and provided great customer service. I remain unimpressed with the GM, Amir. He was condescending to his staff, specifically Pedro in front of me. I relayed to Amir a number Pedro had mentioned to me (pertaining to my negative equity) and Amir snapped back defensively sharing Pedro shouldn’t have spoken about numbers because he’s not the “guy that makes the deals, he was”. Transparently, Amir and the way he treated his staff was one of the main reasons I left the dealership on day one. Additionally, he told me the car I now have was the “wrong car” for me and tried to sell me on a vehicle three levels below it. Austin contacted me 24 hours later and made the deal happen. Unfortunate that my initial time was wasted, when in the end the car I wanted was clearly doable. Lastly. The way you treat your team members is a big sign of how you treat your customers. My experience demonstrated that. Thanks to Austin, Pedro and the Finance Manager who was also lovely to work with. More
