Had scheduled our Auto Butler service upon completion of prior service 6 months ago. Dealership emailed us the week before and a day before of our appointment. All seemed fine. But now, 3 days later, the t prior service 6 months ago. Dealership emailed us the week before and a day before of our appointment. All seemed fine. But now, 3 days later, the trunk lid is all spiderweb. Something is wrong. Taking it back to try to "get it corrected." Also, although these services are prepaid, we have always been given a zero balance. Will try to get them tomorrow so I can keep track of the services performed. Also, to set appointment for our Auto Butler service in March '24. More

Newer qx80 had catastrophic electric failure while driving, as well as repeated documented audio problems. Despite technician witnessing and acknowledging problems and video of radio malfunctioning, w driving, as well as repeated documented audio problems. Despite technician witnessing and acknowledging problems and video of radio malfunctioning, was told it was because I used an iPhone. Service was refused and I was essentially turned away. Whitney was wonderful and tried her best to help, but Scott was combative and aggressive. I believe he was unsure of what to do because we are pursuing a lemon law claim. His behavior was bizarre and, for lack of a better word, creepy. More
