We had no prior experience with the dealership or any recommendations from friends. The dealership name came up when I searched for a particular used Infiniti model. They had two of the vehicles we were looking for so off we went to Chattanooga, an hour's drive. We met Daniel Hill after we arrived. He was extremely polite and helpful and above all else, honest. We were not pressured at all about any of the vehicles we looked at. In fact, we were encouraged to look at others on the lot that might better suit our needs. Daniel was more interested in us being completely satisfied with our decision. We highly recommend this dealership. All the staff are professional and knowledgeable. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had! More

I bought my first new car at this dealership. I dealt with Hank Brown and was extremely impressed! They made a mistake during the negogiations but honored the price none the less.
