Awesome staff. Great vehicle. We were down to a coin toss between a Denali or the QX80. Sarah Rhoady was the reason we went with the QX80. After driving it for a few days, we know the correct decision was made. We absolutely love the QX80. Everyday we find a new feature that we fall in love with. Sarah schooled us on everything about the QX80, but there are some many cool things that it will take a while for it all to sink in. I have been buying vehicles for many years. Never have I had an experience with a salesperson as I did with Sarah. She was so well informed about the vehicle. I truly felt that she worked diligently to get us the best deal possible. On our test drive, she provided every possible road condition so that I could get a true feel for the QX80. While we were trying to make a decision, she never pushed us too hard, but stayed in contact to the point that we knew she was still working for us. She never put any pressure on us. She was an absolute delight to work with. She had such a wonderful way of teaching us about the many features on the QX80, that as each different feature is woven into our driving experience each day, her words come back to us and we recognize and remember how the feature works. Not easier for retired folks. There is no doubt, when we need another vehicle, we will want to work with Sarah. More
