I had made a online inquiry about a particular car and someone had emailed me within 24hours. I worked with Sarah over email, text and calls until we mutually agreed that it made sense for me to come from Nashville to Chattanooga with every intention on buying the car. Overall it was a easy, painless process and I would 100% buy another car from them. More

Our sales person, Jennifer Miller, was extremely friendly and gave us a very good test drive. After purchasing the car, she then showed us quick tips on how the car works and then shown what all of the buttons meant. Very good service and I highly recommend this dealership. More

Extremely pleasant, kind and an overall smooth process I found the car I had been looking on the internet and emailed the dealership to enquire about the vehicle. It was a holiday weekend and my email was still answered within 24 hours. The sales employee answered all of my questions and if there was a question that she was unsure about she made sure to find out the answer. The pricing of the vehicle I desired was outstanding and was more then fair. When I flew in from out of town I was greeted and picked up from the airport by an employee. By far one of the best car buying experiences I have experienced and would highly recommend and would return for future business. More

She was very knowledgeable about the car and gave me a great orientation on the features. I emailed the dealership on Sunday evening, expressing my interest in the QX60, not expecting a reply for a couple of days. To my surprise, Sarah emailed me back very quickly on Sunday, inviting me to look at the carmon Monday. She met us with a smile and made us feel like family. This was truly a wonderful experience. Will definitely come back! More
