As Internet Manager here for 4.5 years, here are the facts. Tim first contacted me (Gary) by email on 9-8-17, we chatted mostly by e-mail only the first few days, since he didn't return any calls in the beginning. Tim's credit is admittedly not the greatest, so he submitted a credit app in his name (and his wife's name), since her credit is somewhat better. He asked if we could get him approved for 72 months and we did at a decent rate. We also gave him a solid estimate of his trade value (sight unseen). We suggested Tim give us a Deposit, so we could ensure the QX56 would be available when he arrived from 3 hours away. He did so, and chose to come see us on Tues 9/12. We thought he was on the way, but he texted me at 622 pm re-scheduling for the next night. He showed Weds night, but didn't bring his wife (co-applicant on the loan), and hadn't mentioned about $2,000 of issues with his trade in. I greeted him, turned him over to his Salesman, and I personally headed upstairs to take an online Infiniti Training Class. I came down an hour later and heard he had left angry. I asked why, my Team explained that because his trade had $2000 worth of 'untold in advance' issues, and he didn't bring his (co-app) wife, his rate went up, since we had to use his credit ONLY, and his payment went up even more to cover the lower trade in value. We sell numerous vehicles out of state, and rarely have a problem, but in this case he loved the truck, but Tim's less than stellar credit, trade in issues, and not bringing his wife caused the payment increase (although we offered a couple viable solutions) and I tried calling him from my cell personally, but he chose not to accept, nor call me back)... / Gary

Tony is the guy I was speaking to when the situation went from about a 6 to a 10 on the scale of bad. I offered to drop the car off while I was out of town for work so they could fix it at their leisure, and rather than accepting that, he snarkly told me how I won't be getting a loaner (that I didn't ask for or need because as I said I'll be out of town anyway). Tony hasn't helped. Joe won't respond. Eric doesn't respond.
