with 419000 miles on my 2017 QX80 my transmission finally went out. Lucky I bought the unlimited mileage 8 year wrap. New transmission was covered and because I did all my required services with the dealersh went out. Lucky I bought the unlimited mileage 8 year wrap. New transmission was covered and because I did all my required services with the dealership the process was easy, Service manage and the owners have my full respect and lets see if I can get this truck another 400k miles. Its hard trying believe that a Dealership will stand by your side when it comes to high mileage vehicles but this dealership has been good to my family for years. More

Overall I had a very positive experience with everyone at Infiniti of CH. It was was more or less a situation beyond their control. We arrived at closing, and they were kind enough to wait for us. They e Infiniti of CH. It was was more or less a situation beyond their control. We arrived at closing, and they were kind enough to wait for us. They easily dealt with a series of issues with my trade in and lack of some needed paperwork (I came in from out of state and was unaware of the required stuff). The only thing that prevents me from giving five stars is that there was a customer before me who simply stalled the financing process. We were at the dealership for nearly three hours, largely because the finance department couldn't process our paperwork due to the couple ahead of us who couldn't make up their mind. I know it wasn't the dealership's fault, but it would have been nice if they had simply told the other couple that they needed to get us processed (which would have taken 15-20 minutes) while the couple discussed things and made their decision. I have been in similar situations in a variety of business settings where similar situations are handled in that way. I probably wouldn't have really cared if I was alone, but I had a two hour drive back home with my wife and little girl who were both very tired and hungry from a long drive down for what should have take about an hour to an hour and a half. To his credit, Jake made my daughter laugh and did his best to move us through once we actually made it into his office. None of the issue was his doing, it was dealership protocol- I would kindly suggest they revisit what procedure is under these circumstances. My rating is not on the individuals I dealt with, rather the dealership and its policies. I would consider the trek down to get another vehicle if we found one that fit our budget and needs as the Highlander did. I don't regret my decision to work with them at all. More

I am a loyal customer of Infiniti of Clarendon HIlls and have been working with BIl Mullarkey. I had leased a 2019 QX60 from them in 2019. The lease was up during covid. Bill and Joe were very honest about have been working with BIl Mullarkey. I had leased a 2019 QX60 from them in 2019. The lease was up during covid. Bill and Joe were very honest about their limited inventory due to the pandemic. They helped me make a great descion to buy the car and recommended I purchase the extended warranty. The extended warranty was well worth the investment when I needed new brakes and other service items. The service departmnet is exclelent with advising on maintenace needed. Upon their recommendations of maintenance, I was able to get a better value on my trade in due to the excellent service history and condition of the car. It was time to trade in my 2019 QX60. I made an appointment with Bill Mullarkey. He was extremly helpful and patient with all my questions. On our test drive he was very informative on explaining the differences between my 2019 QX60 and the 2024 QX60. Joe and BIll took the time to show me different options of their inventory and pricing that fit my needs. I was very appreciate of the advice they gave on the current mileage and the extended warranty that I had purchased from Infiniti of Clarendon HIlls. Jacob in finance explained all the details and made sure I was comforatble and understood the terms. In addition, I am extremly impressed with my 2024 Q60 and how smooth it handles on the highway!
