The folks at the dealer accomodated me with an early appointment and provided a loaner with less than 24 hour notice which i did not expect. I was pleased with the net price of the purchase (cost of new car less amount I received from my trade in). Steve worked hard to find the car with the color and option packages I was looking for. At delivery the car was immaculate and the delivery specialist Assad was very helpful and patient in explaining how to properly use all of the cars features. It has been over a month and I am still very happy with my decision to purchase a M36x from Infiniti of Clarendon Hills and have recommended the dealer and Steve to some other people - and will continue to do so. We certainly appreciated the "tour" of the facility while we waited for our trade-in to be appraised. It made us feel like a comfortable place to take our new G35x Sport for regular maintenance. Personally, I love Infinitis and I feel like they can pretty much sell themselves. However, after my experience at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills, I am very likely to return there for my next one. More
