I left my home around 830 a.m. and after driving for about ten minutes my hood on my car popped open completely blocking my windshield. I immediately pull over and attempted to close the hood but I was unsuccessful. I believed the hood was closed but as I tried to reopen the hood from the car I couldn't. I then used my phone to make an appointment at Infiniti in Clarendon Hills since it was less than fifteen minutes away from my house and 7 minutes away from where I was currently parked. I arrive to the dealership and is greeted by an advisor, ANNA CHMIELEWSKA. Immediately, she walks up and looks at my tire and states, "Oh your tire is flat. Are you here for a tire?". I replied,"No I am coming in today to get my hood looked at. It doesn't seem to close". She immediately responds, "This will need a full repair and I would need a minimum of a hour to get it looked at. I'm not even sure we have the parts to fix this. Your car is very old". As the conversation continued, she continued to be rude to me, insulting me and my car. I was already an hour late for work and not mention drenched in water from trying to fix my hood myself. I was livid and just left feel very uneasy and hated the way I was treated especially at a dealership such as this one. I have always taken my car to Berman's in Chicago or Infiniti of Naperville because I appreciate the great customer service they give. I'm not sure if this lady was being racist or just completely rude but I will never patronize this facility again. More

Great service department and aftermarket department I had a clip for my floor mat replaced and infiniti Welcome lighting installed. Dre Korallus and Andres Cordero are great to get any aftermarket work, They quoted me two hours labor, even though it took longer they stayed to their word and did not bill me extra. Even game me a 2017 Q50 Loaner. Only dealership I trust with cars. They have done aftermarket work on my 2017 Q60, 3 other previous Infiniti cars I have owned. Gil from parts always gets the pats fast at a fair price and the aftermarket work is always perfect. I would recommend anyone with aftermarket car accessories and performance parts to call Andreas. Not just for Infinitis or Nissans, They have services for all cars! More

When he noticed me he came up and said what are you here for, and I said I was here for an oil change and he said let me see what I can do. I purchased my 2011 G37X Certified My relationship at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills began when I had to make a decision on my aging I35 two years ago. I purchased my 2011 G37X Certified Used Car, at this dealership almost 2 years ago.. The person who was most influential in this process was Anna Chmielewska, Service Advisor. I know Anna is not in sales, but she was the driving influence for me to stay with Infiniti. She is extremely personal, professional, wicked smart on cars, understanding, relatable, honest and straightforward each and everytime I get my car serviced. Lately, I had an unfortunate theft of my car and then it was recovered. Both Anna and Fred were there to walk me through a recommendation to send it to Autobody Unlimited in DG, for stellar bodywork and detailing as they were trusted for Infiniti (and they were right). In addition, Anna went above and beyond to be sure my car was mechanically checked out after the incident, and always kept in touch to help me during his stressful time. It is now in fine working order and she always walks me through every step, even on a routine checkup. I will be a customer for life, truly because of Anna. In addition, Fred has always new another huge influence for me. When you buy a car, the service you receive trumps sales, in terms of what matters. Way to go! These 2 are amazing. More

He informed me of potential service that my vehicle might require soon, but was not pushy at all and very honest (I felt) with my options and time frames for said repairs. The courtesy car wash was exceptional and I plan on returning to Infiniti to complete the repairs very soon. It's hard to find someone who's willing to be honest and upfront, and I felt very comfortable with our interaction. Very professional service department, I couldn't have felt better driving out of their facility. More

Came for an oil change, left with a spotless car I brought my car in on a Friday afternoon to have the oil changed. Not only were they prompt with their service, but they also did a complimentary car I brought my car in on a Friday afternoon to have the oil changed. Not only were they prompt with their service, but they also did a complimentary car wash. In my experience free car washes are garbage. But when they were done my vehicle it looked spotless, like it was brand new! All around it was a great experience and I highly recommend them. More
