I stopped by for an oil change without an appointment. While my car was being serviced, I got a courtesy drop off to a nearby market, and they picked me up when I was finished shopping. Everyone was nice and helpful from the girl on the phone when I made my appointment to when I actually brought the car in. The only problem I had was the timing of the work being done. I brought the car in on Friday for a Saturday appointment, because I had use of another car for the weekend. I never received a call Saturday, so I called late afternoon and no work had been done. This delayed my pick-up until Monday, so I had to take an extra trip back to the suburbs from Chicago. More

Brought my car in for recall and oil change. The recall for gas gauge was not fix until I brought it back. Float was stuck. Was ciorrected and everything was OK.
