I used to bring my car to Mike Harlow at the Infiniti of Lisle dealership. The last time I stopped in at the Lisle store, I discovered he was no longer there, so I turned around and took my car a few days Lisle dealership. He recognized my car before he even ever saw me. That is the kind of service you get with Mike. He truly cares about his job and always listens to what I am saying about the needs of my car. He knows my car! Mike is an absolute pleasure to work with and my experience with the service manager at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills was fantastic too. This was my first time to the dealership and I all I have to say is I was blown away with the level of service I received. Lance was extremely helpful and even went as far to take my luggage out of my car an to say is I was blown away with the level of service I received. Lance was extremely helpful and even went as far to take my luggage out of my car and put it in the loaner I needed. All the staff is extremely professional and polite. The employee who was mopping the floors in the lounge area saw I was sitting there and asked if I wanted the remote to change the channel, that's NEVER happened at a dealership before. Good customer service is essential for any business and Infiniti of Clarendon Hills has certainly earned an A+ in my book. More
The folks at the dealer accomodated me with an early appointment and provided a loaner with less than 24 hour notice which i did not expect. Mike Harlow is a great service writer. My wife and I worked with him when he was at Infiniti of Lisle. Nothing but great things to say about him. This was my second experience at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. I went in for a service recall on my 2006 g35 coupe, the passenger air bag sensor had to be fixed. I pulled up without making an appointment and Anna was quick to show me what would be done and asked me if I needed anything additional (not selling) to my liking such as a point check, etc. I was greeted by Chris on the sales floor, asking how I was, how I was enjoying my car and what I thought of the newer model G coupes, not once did he pressure me to try and 'upgrade' or anything of the sort. I went over to the parts department to see what future things I may need for my vehicle and Erick was extremely informative and courteous in giving me up-to-date detailed information on all the parts and question I had requested. The entire staff of Infiniti of Clarendon Hills is extremely friendly and respectful. I was a loyal customer at Infiniti of Lisle previously but since this dealership opened and that is being right down the street from me - I now feel I have the best of both worlds. About an hour passed by and my vehicle was finished, Anna pointed out to me what services were done and thanked me for being patient and hope that I would come back if there were any issues, questions, or concerns about my car. Top notch in quality service without the usual 'dealership horror stories'. Professional and quick-to-the-point is what I have experienced so far and that is just how I like it. Infiniti of Clarendon Hills has definitely earned my business for years to come and I will refer others to this dealership as well, as good people and honest work ethics are hard to come by.
