We had the best experience with this dealership. Better than any other, even Nissan. We have had Nissan's for 15 years, but this was the best experience ever, knowledge, coutesies, teaching us how to do ce than any other, even Nissan. We have had Nissan's for 15 years, but this was the best experience ever, knowledge, coutesies, teaching us how to do certain things in the car and doing some for us. Everything was fantastic. And by the way, WE LOVE THE CAR. See you in 42 months for our new lease or maybe before. Thanks again for all your help and also help in helping us decide that this was the car for us. I think everyone went out of their way to be helpful and as pleasant as could be. Even the negotiating part wasn't bad. We worked it out to both our satisfactions... thanks for you interest in how we are doing with the car and we appreciate the fact that you care enough to follow through. Jan Sloves Greenberg More

Not only was I completely satisfied, but I have referred several business associates who have also purchased or leased from Larry at Infiniti of Coconut Creek. Gabriel was professional and knowledgeable about financing options. He recommended products which saved me time and hassle when service was required. I was hesitant to buy road hazard protection, and had some buyers remorse afterward. However, after having to replace 3 tires resulting from road debris, I realized that he actually saved me several hundred dollars. My experience with the service department has also been exceptional. My service advisor Steve Fisher, and Mike the service manager have been nothing less than courteous every time, at every service interval. If I needed a loaner, it was waiting for me. And I was greeted by name. Imagine that! When my current lease is up, I will have driven almost 150,000 miles on 3 Infinitis. I will not even consider going to another dealer, as I cannot imagine having a better experience than these folks have provided. Sure, I probably could have saved a few dollars by doing more shopping around, but my time is valuable also. These guys are worth every dollar they earn and I'll continue to refer my friends to Larry, Gabriel and Steve. More
09/06/2008 - I visited dealership to acquire a new vehicle. I had a trade in which they "appraised", I was then presented with a printout from Kelly Blue Book (kbb.com) to support the value they were vehicle. I had a trade in which they "appraised", I was then presented with a printout from Kelly Blue Book (kbb.com) to support the value they were offering for my vehicle. The number on the report was actually $1200- less than the KBB value for the same vehicle for the same condition! When I requested that they show me the KBB value from the website, the only way they were able to duplicate the value was to remove all the "standard" equipment that the car comes with! In my book this is a dishonest and unfair trade practice. To manipulate and present a printout from a 3rd party to support your valuation, is bad business. More
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. In 2004, we purchased a very nice 2000 I30 from this dealership. The sales experience was great and they seemed to honor the Internet price that was $2k lower than sticker on the car. We were so pleased with the sales experience, we bought a second vehicle from them a year later. HOWEVER, 1 1/2 years later when the transmission started to go and the driver's seat motor went out, we realized how badly we had been taken: During the sale, we were told we had to purchase the "Certified Used" warranty; that even though advertised as a certified pre-owned Infiniti, it was not. So, we bought the package. We did not look too closely at the final paperwork, though, and it turns out that the salesman did not note the $595 charge as for the warranty. He put the price in and left the description blank. Wait, it gets better!! When we first took the car in for an oil change, which was supposed to be free b/c of the warranty, the service guy, Shad Kipfer, told us that they had lost our paperwork. I had to go home and get it. He took it, said he'd make a copy, then left me to sit in his office for almost an hour. Of course, I forgot to get the paperwork back and never saw it again. Little did we know this was our only evidence of the warranty at that time. A year later, when major mechanical problems set in, we called to get the warranty repairs. But suddenly, they had no record of the warranty, and the sales contract with the mystery charge isn't good enough. They were ugly about it, terribly rude, as well. We called Infiniti corporate, and they said, rudely, "Not our problem, handle the dealership yourself--it's a franchise." End of story--we were fraudulently sold a warranty that has not been honored on a car with a known major transmission problem (defective valve body--same on Maxima). We will never buy another Nissan or Infiniti, and we strongly advise that you avoid any Infiniti or Nissan. Not only was this dealership complete sleaze, but the corporate Infiniti doesn't even care about its brand or reputation. xxxx at the top does trickle down. More
Every time I took my car in for an oil change, I was pressured to do other service work. There is no difference this time. They tried to sell me this 30,000 mile service package for $600. I almost ca pressured to do other service work. There is no difference this time. They tried to sell me this 30,000 mile service package for $600. I almost caved in, but changed my mind at the last minute. (Thank goodness!) While I was waiting for the oil change, the service rep came up to me and told me my driver belt was in a very bad shape, the brake fluid and the power steering fluid were very dirty. It would cost me $470 (tax included) to replace/flush. I said I would do it another day. I took the car to an independent mechanics and was told that the driver belt still looked new. Neither fluid was dirty. I know dealership always over-charges for services. But I never thought they would lie! More

We negotiated a lease offer and we agreed and shook hands with the Sales Manager “Rick Yudri”. The dealership inquired about mine and my wife credit score and we co-signed the deal. Unfortunately, we couldn’t take the delivery of the vehicle as the car was not ready for delivery on December 30, 2007. We were told to come on December 31, 2007 at 9:30 by our sales agent “Michael Mignott” . We reached the dealership and to our surprise that despite spending more than 6 hours at the dealership on December 30, 2007 and negotiating a lease and signing all the paperwork for our credit inquiry, the car dealership changed their mind and asked for approximately $1,600 more before they give us the delivery of the car. We were treated very rudely by the Sales Director “Joel Gomez” and he asked us to sign a new deal for $650/month lease plus taxes. Our original agreement on the lease was $650/month including tax. This is despite the fact that the dealership pulled our credit on December 30, 2007 and we also gave a deposit on our credit card of $1,600. When we refused to sign a new deal which is $1,600 more than our original agreement and complained the Sales Director “Joel Gomez” that we will complain to Better Business Bureau, we were threatened by the Sales Director “Joel Gomez” that he will call the police. We never threatened any damage of the property and were with my 4 year old son who had to go through 5 hours of grueling with us, because dealership did not intend to honor the agreement we struck to. Mr. Joel Gomez told us that despite the dealership pulled the credit and has us sign 30 papers, and also taken our deposit, we don’t have an lease agreement. Now you decide if you to deal with such an unprofessional dealership. More
