I was at the point were I just wanted to purchase my car at the end of the lease or turn it in and switch to another automaker after 20+ years of only purchasing Nissan and Infiniti products. Now I’m glad I did answer the phone she speak to Shawn. He was a breath of fresh air. He communicated via phone and text professionally and answered every last question that I had. His follow up skills were consistent but not pushy. After some reservations I decided to purchase a 2019 QX50 from Shawn. He was off the day I finalized everything, but ensured that I was taken care of. Laura helped with paperwork and final delivery. She was kind, thorough and patient with me through out the process. Infiniti of Coolsprings needs to hold onto these two reps. They saved a long term customer from switching brands. More
