Even when things with your car are bad, these guys are good "Just bring it on in and we'll take care of it," was the response when I called the service department. I did not have an appointment and I would need "Just bring it on in and we'll take care of it," was the response when I called the service department. I did not have an appointment and I would need a loaner. "No problem." The intake procedure is always easy and I was back out the door with a beautiful loaner in less than 20 minutes. After evaluating my vehicle (which is a 2011 with 180K miles) the news was not good. In fact, the news was so bad I was speechless...but my customer care advisor was patient, answered all my questions and offered to call me back after I'd had some time to think about my options. An hour later the service manager called to see if he could help - and he did! I authorized the work and it was done in a day. Expensive? Yes, but everything is relative with an 8 year old vehicle. Its fixed, I'm back on the road and when I'm ready to invest in my next vehicle there's no doubt where I'm headed. More
5 Star Service! I have a Infiniti Q70L and my wife has a Lexus Rx 350. Every time she goes in for service, it is ok, but not what you would expect for that category I have a Infiniti Q70L and my wife has a Lexus Rx 350. Every time she goes in for service, it is ok, but not what you would expect for that category of car. On the other hand, every time without exception, my service has always been 5 Star at Infiniti. I love my car and I love the how Infiniti goes out of their way to take care of me. I recommend Infiniti to all my friends. More

Thanks to the multi-point inspection, it was di My wife took in our 2013 JX35 before a weekend trip. Our SUV needed an oil change and tire rotation. Thanks to the multi-point inspection, it was discovered the battery had corroded completely through and had actually caused other damage. We are grateful this issue was detected and resolved before it became a big problem, potentially while on a trip. Keep up the great work! More
