We were on our way to buy a Lexus On Friday, Jan. 25, we visited Toyota and Lexus. We had been very satisfied with our Lexus RX330. Over the weekend we determined we were going to purc On Friday, Jan. 25, we visited Toyota and Lexus. We had been very satisfied with our Lexus RX330. Over the weekend we determined we were going to purchase a new Lexus RX350. On Monday, Jan.28, we left the house, headed to the Lexus dealership. On the drive there I told my wife that I wanted to stop by Infiniti first, Just to make sure we making the right decision. With her reluctance, we stopped. Being directed to Steve Wevick, we looked the QX50 and the QX60. Mr. Weviick had extensive knowledge of both vehicles and their features. After a little conversation we wanted to look further into the QX60. Following a test drive where both my wife and I drove the car, it became obvious that we started second guessing our initial decision of what to buy. Sitting down with Mr. Wevick we reviewed what features we wanted and what we felt wasn't necessary. Ultimately after agreeing on a price, we bought a QX60. Throughout this process we met Mr. Macke who also was a tremendous help in our decision making process. Since then every one we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. More

Bad service Very dishonest. Agreed to terms, signed the paperwork on a lease, and later realized the paperwork was for different terms. Contacted sales manager, a Very dishonest. Contacted sales manager, and although she remembered it, said she couldn’t do anything about it. GM contacted but has never replied. We are partially to blame for not reading while we were signing. BUT I FIRMLY BELIEVE THIS WAS ON PURPOSE. Since purchasing, service has been shady. We were told that we would receive concierge service for routine services. When we called in for pick up on the very first service, the service department told us that we don’t receive that and the sales person lied to us- his words, not ours, and that the sales person no longer works there. Be careful dealing with these guys. I strongly suggest going to a different infiniti dealer. Still love the vehicle, just go to a different dealer. More
