I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of my sales advisor Mark Kennedy and his manager. As a matter of fact, this was the second new Infiniti that I purchased from Infiniti Of Cools Springs because I was happy with my first experience with them. Two things I would like to see change; and that is no "Dealer's Markup" on the vehicles and much shorter delivery dates. I still will highly recommend this dealership to friends, family, and accocates. More
