They explain the problem in easy-to-understand terms and let you decide what work will be done. I've never been pressured to have work done I didn't think was needed. And, the mechanics usually don't recommend work unless it is really needed. Even then, if finances are an issue and you need to wait a month or two, they are great about that, and provide you with a written list of what needs to be done and why. I like working with Ashley and usually ask for her if she's there. More

One the best dealerships After car shopping for over a month, I visited the elk groves Mazda dealership. Walking around with little help, I was about walk off. It just so happened that Alexis from Infinti dealship saw me and stuck a conversation. She showed me around to few cars they had for sell and even saw one that unfortunately was out my budget. After few days I got a call from Alexis, with her letting me know she went car shopping for me and found a car that’s in my budget and style I was looking for. I came back took a test drive in a 2015 Mazda 3 which was the brand I want originally and fall in love with it! I have to say Alexis went over and beyond to find me the perfect car for me.
