I worked several deals with Infiniti of Gwinnett but not for the "perfect" car and if you are going to spend $75K on a QX56 then it should be PERFECT. I live two hours away and could not get to dealership for the "perfect" car and if you are going to spend $75K on a QX56 then it should be PERFECT. I live two hours away and could not get to dealership quickly enough for them. I thought I had a final deal and had to leave for vacation - told them I would finalize when I returned. I called upon my return and Dragon (the sales manager) told me that my price had been INCREASED by $4K due to "supply & demand". Then he told me that my car had been given to the Atlanta Braves and was no longer available. BUT - I could buy another car at MSRP or buy used!! He said he was selling every single QX56 he had in stock for MSRP only!!! He also told me that you are not a "customer" there until YOU SPEND MONEY and he does not have to treat you like one until YOU SPEND MONEY! I did buy (two days later) a new (Perfect - right color and options) QX 56 from CROSSROADS INFINITI IN APEX, NC AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! THEY BEAT THE PRICE FROM EVERY INFINITI DEALER IN GA AND GAVE ME MORE MONEY FOR MY TRADE. AND, DELIVERED MY VEHICLE VIA FLATBED TRUCK FOR FREE!!!! Now that is the service you expect when you spend the kind of money that Infiniti wants!!! The whole transaction took 15 minutes by phone and was PLEASANT!!! I tried to reach the General Manager at Gwinnett 4 times but HE DOES NOT RETURN CALLS!! DO NOT LOOK TO BE TREATED WELL AT THIS DEALERSHIP - if this is how they treat you before you buy what would it be like for service!!! I cannot say enough good things about going to Crossroads Infiniti in Apex NC and price your INfiniti. THEY WILL BEAT ANY DEAL!!! AND DELIVER YOUR CAR AND PICK UP YOUR TRADE AT NO COST!!!!!! More

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2012 Infiniti Sport Sedan 6MT from Infiniti of Gwinnett; overall my experience was very good. Sean was very friendly and helpful; he answered all the questions I had about the car. There were a few imperfections in the car's finish, and Sean arranged to have them corrected. It took longer than estimated to get the car done, which I cannot fault Sean or the dealership for since the work was being done by an outside body shop. When I went back to make the purchase, the car was not back from the body shop yet, and when it arrived shortly later, the windshield had a rather large crack. Since I live 150 miles from the dealership, I agreed to go through with the purchase that day, take the car home, and Sean would send their glass repair person to my house to replace the windshield. This leads to my only real complaint: it turned out that the glass repair folks don't travel as far as I live. I ended up having to bring the car back to the dealership on a Saturday and leaving it. Sean said it would be done Monday morning and that they would return the car to me. They did give me a loaner to use in the interim. My car was returned Monday afternoon as promised, and the new windshield looks great. However it did cause me to take another trip to Atlanta, and put an extra 300 miles on my car. With the exception of the windshield incident, my shopping experience was very satisfactory. The distance between my home and the dealership made it more challenging than had it been a local purchase, but I was having a very difficult time locating the exact car I wanted. Since most of the hiccups were things beyond Sean's control, I would definitely recommend the dealership and Sean to anyone who might be interested in purchasing an Infiniti. More

From the moment we walked in Infiniti of Gwinnett, everyone was so friendly. You say, it's a car dealership. What are they going to be? Well, I had encountered a arrogant almost condescending personality at another dealer, and this was refreshing. We met Sean Waters, who began to show me my options in the G37. He knew this car inside and out and gave me an opportunity to drive it and see for myself. He was patient while I asked all kinds of questions and made sure he got me the answers I needed to make my decision. After my purchase, Sean sat down in the vehicle with me and went through every bell and whistle to make sure I knew where everything was. He even programmed my phone and satellite radio and made sure I knew I could call him personally at any time with questions - which I have and he always answers. Sean also introduced me to the Service Team at Infiniti of Gwinnett before I left, so I could put faces with names. I have never had such an enjoyable time purchasing a vehicle.
