I bought this car only 2 weeks ago - pre-owned, still under warranty but still not brand new. A week after purchasing it, I noticed the windshield leaking near the driver's side. I had to take it in for an oil change and when I mentioned the windshield, they checked it out and replaced it without hesitation. As for the standard service needs, they were thorough, reasonable and explained what they did and what to expect in the months ahead for service needs. Excellent service. More

If I am ever in a rush and can’t wait for the service to be done, he doesn’t hesitate to offer a loaner car for my convenience. Bryce always lets me know what repairs are urgent and also gives me a timeframe for those services that will need to be done in the future so that I can better plan for such expenses. I have honestly never dealt with anyone in this industry that I trust more than Bryce. Not once have I felt that any unnecessary repairs were being suggested or that my service bill was any higher than it reasonably should be for the work done. Each time I meet an Infiniti owner I refer them to Bryce without hesitation and regardless of what part of town they live in because I know the excellent service will be well worth the drive. I am a very happy customer thus far and wouldn’t consider taking my car anywhere else! More
