Forget Infiniti Altogether Bought a 2018 QX30 from this dealership. The sonars and back up cameras malfunction repeatedly. Very friendly dealership I traded my Porsche 911 for a ML 63 AMG. My deal was very complicated cause my trade car was in different state and I had some other personal issues I traded my Porsche 911 for a ML 63 AMG. All the employees was very transparent. I flew from denver to Chicago with my boy and both of the managers greeted me with excellence. Kash Mirza ( our sales rep) was great, he did his best to get us the best deal possible and was extremely friendly throughout our entire time at the dealership. Tony Guzman (Finance) was also incredibly nice when it was time to go through paperwork and the extended warranties, he was able to drop the price of the warranty considerably and got us a deal that we couldn't be happier with. He was very upbeat and had a great sense of humor even though our deal lasted over two hours into closing. Overall it was a great experience, I only wished they had a working coffee machine. More

One of the best and knowledgeable salespeople I have met! Kash had reached out to us because our lease was ending and wanted to see if we were interested in getting into something else. I had initially said no because we were so disappointed with the service from our initial salesman after leasing our car. Even though Kash didn’t know the reason, he said if I change my mind let him know and that was really the last I heard of him. I was not bombarded by calls from him asking if I was still interested which I greatly appreciated. When we did decide to buy a car I contacted him but we were not able to get in touch with each other so I was transferred to another sales person but after some conversation I still didn’t feel right because Kash wasn’t pushy at all and I really wanted to work with him. Luckily things worked out and I was able to. The whole car buying experience was amazing with him; he never pushed a car on us, was straightforward with his answers, and I was impressed with his knowledge about all cars. When we did decide to go ahead and purchase a car, he made sure we stayed within our budget and turns out we were surprisingly close. He also made sure they would repair some of the things on the car I found and promised it wouldn’t be an issue - and it never was. It seemed like he had my back from the beginning and that’s what I really loved about my experience. Even when I brought my car in to get those things fixed, one of the main issues was not taken care of and he stood up for me and told me it would be taken care of, and it definitely was. I would highly recommend him to anyone; I already have passed on his number to a few people myself. More

John (our sales rep), JP (car sales manager), and Tony (our finance manager) were tremendous people to work with. No sales pressure, very accommodating and patient. Car was as described and best of all we showed up late given our work schedules, and everyone stayed after hours (which we felt terrible about) to help us with the purchase. John delivered his follow-ups as promised today for a few things we are waiting on. Certainly one of the best car buying experience we've had all these years. Without a doubt, we certainly won't hesitate sending our friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle. More
