"Outstanding Service "Always""

I have continued to bring my Infiniti to Infiniti of Hoffman Estates for the last six years or more, literally ever since I purchased the vehicle there for all of its service needs. No matter whether I only need an oil change or something more significant, I can count on get outstanding service from their Service Department and my service consultant, Kira Kuszynski. I have always been able to bring my vehicle at a time that is most convenient to me and been provided with a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in there shop. They at a "10" out of "10" across the board from me.

"Welcoming and Trustworthy service"

Hello, To whom it may concern, I usually dont do "reviews" however when you have an exceptional experience you just have to acknowledge. My 2017 Q50 went into service several times in the past month on my second visit Alex Alverio approached me and and assured my issue will be taken care of and he even followed up with me the next day to ensure I was satisfied with the detail job him and his team performed on my car. I will definitely continue doing business here and referring friends and family because of authentic service like this!! Well Done Motorwerks Infiniti.

"An overall pleasant buying experience!"

While I hadn't expected to buy another Infiniti, (just going in for service and planning to buy another brand vehicle) Joel Gappa found a great used Q50 to fit my needs. I appreciated the time he spent reviewing available inventory, his transparency and back-up documentation disclosing information on the used car and value of my existing vehicle as a trade-in. Additionally, Tony Guzman was welcoming and Amin Smith quick and efficient with the purchase procedures. Joel and Tony were extremely cordial during my visits, as were staff who walked by and offered assistance during waiting periods. This is my fourth Infiniti, and between your Sales and Service staff (I deal with Jason Nuzzo in Service), I've found that MotorWerks Infiniti takes customer service to the "max" and that's why I continue to stay.

I recently brought my car in for service. I have had it about a year now. Jason Nuzzo was extremely pleasant and helpful with my visit and I received my car back much better looking than when it went it. service was fast and friendly! Excellent!

"Words cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for Dave"

Words cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for Dave Kalasa! My battery failed at a Walgreens parking lot (corner of Roselle and Higgins) around 5p. I called Infiniti and they put me on the line with Dave. I explained that my family was leaving for a road trip early in the morning and I think my battery died. He quickly came to the rescue. First he attempted to jump start my battery- when that didn't work he went back to Infiniti and picked up a new battery. After that I expressed that I was concerned to get on the road - so he asked me to follow him back to the dealership for a full inspection. He completed a full inspection, topped off my fluids and I left with a peace of mind. Truly thankful for this level of service. Thank you Dave!!!
