Once I decided to make the deal with Atanas, we were immediately brought together with Rick to iron out the final details, and then whisked away to finish it off with Michael. The entire process is quick and easy, while still being incredibly thorough, detailed, and customer-oriented. Average at Best I took the train from Michigan to the dealership outside of Chicago for a 1:00 scheduled appointment. My plan was to test drive the vehicle and if I l I took the train from Michigan to the dealership outside of Chicago for a 1:00 scheduled appointment. My plan was to test drive the vehicle and if I loved it to drive it home to Michigan. Loved the car, had a few questions which were addressed by the GM. Agreed to purchase the vehicle and waited over 2 hours to get the paper work processed on a cash deal. The actual process only took 10 minutes, the wait was 2 hours to get in to see the right guy. We did not drive off the lot until after 6:00pm. While I love the car, I would have to rate my overall experience as below average. I would expect more from a luxury car dealership. More
