Gen Mgr Rick Ayash made the deal happen and saw to it that Finance Mgr Ryan Martin got me a great finance deal after I added an extended warranty on the car. Two days after buying the car, I had an issue with a small defective part. Rick saw to it that the service department corrected the issue. I set up a time with Service Mgr Dave and brought the car in. Victor Pagan realized the repair would take a bit longer, so he put me in a loaner car for a few hours so I could run errands. A great group of employees! Excellent customer service!!! I was very satisfied!!! More

Joel Gappa was my sales person for the first Infiniti Vehicle and now, for my 4th Infiniti. I just purchased the 2017 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport and was very happy with how everything went from the initial inquiry to the day of the purchase. Joel was in contact with me on the updates, since we needed to wait for the vehicle to go into production. I appreciate the patience in answering the questions and concerns I had during this process. When I purchase another Infiniti, I will be talking to Joel again. More

The service I recieved was absolutely outstanding, from the virtual face time inspection of the vehicle to the financing and paperwork. On top of that, they were able to secure and ship my vehicle to me during the holiday season. It arrived in prestige condition, exactly as advertised with all the bells and whistles. The sales person was a little difficult to work with remotely, but we were able to get the sale done. Then they kept wanting me to fill out more forms that they don't actually need, but I did anyway. They were very annoying about this when I was out of town and told them I could not do it until my return. Then they were supposed to have filled out the forms to properly register my car and transfer my license plates from my old car. I waited about two months, occasionally emailing, texting, and calling both the sales person and two managers there. I heard nothing. Finally I got a ext from the salesperson that he no longer worked there and I called the manager. He told me they did not do the paperwork and that I would have to do it myself, now months late. This has created a huge amount of extra work for me with hours at the DMV and all kinds of additional forms that I'm having to fill out, including having to fax the secretary of state in IL (and I don't own a fax machine—who does any more?). It's a nightmare. They did not follow through with what they said they would do in their emails to me, and they are now not taking any responsibility to fix this. More

Even though they were closed, we received a text message response and then phone call the next day. Irwin and Mike answered all of our questions and sent us pictures of the car we were interested in. We applied for financing online and they delivered the car to us in Indy the next day! By far, the best car buying experience we've ever had. Would highly recommend! More
