Shortly thereafter the salesman Dodie contacted me. I had several questions for him and he responded well after hours. We worked out a time to come look at the car and when I pulled into the lot Dodie was there with a warm welcome and a smile on his face. He had the car started and warmed up and ready to test drive. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and all of it's features. He was also very easy to talk to and allowed me to relax and enjoy the test drive. I had time to drive for more than a few minutes to get a good feel for the vehicle. After the test drive I was very interested in purchasing. We discussed all the details and were to the point of discussing financing. I was introduce to Ryan the Finance Manager. He discussed what I was looking for and came back with a great finance rate for me. Also very personable and easy to work with. I was also introduced to Andrew Richter who provided me quotes for insurance as a courtesy. It turns out that the rates I was quoted are much better than what I am currently paying. Glad he stopped by. We have been talking details and I'm ready to switch. All and all great team at Infinity in Hoffman Estates. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family! More

My disappointing car buying experience We would buy a 2012 MERCEDES GL 450 to Infiniti Hoffman at a price of $24777 (VIN: 4JGBF7BE0CA783839). The first Salesman explained that there is a sm We would buy a 2012 MERCEDES GL 450 to Infiniti Hoffman at a price of $24777 (VIN: 4JGBF7BE0CA783839). The first Salesman explained that there is a small problem with the trunk actuator which does not work. We try to negotiate the price regarding this problem. The Salesman discounted the vehicle of $1200 but forgot to tell us that there was a problem with the engine (check engine light) until we ask him regarding the light. He refused at the beginning to diagnose the problem while Mercedes Hoffman is part of the same entity and a diagnostic is easy and at no cost for them. Finally, the salesman accepted to perform the diagnostic but he returned with a handwritten paper and refused to provide us an official repair quote from Mercedes explaining that the problem was not serious and he cannot give us an official repair quote because it is too expensive (even if we propose him to pay for that). We cannot trust with Motorwerks Infiniti knowing they are not transparent (additionally automatic mirrors were broken and they forgot to tell it) and we did not understand how a dealership could sell car with such conditions. Salesman were not serious and honest on the state of the car. Additionally they explained us that the car will go to the wholesale market if we don't buy the car the same day and the car is still on sale on their website. I highly recommend if you are looking to do business with an serious and ethical dealership who is focused on customer service you DO NOT go to Motorwerks Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. When I will buy my car i will NOT be consider this dealership at all. More

We stopped at the Infinity dealership in Hoffman Estates mainly because it was close to us and that is where we met Alex Duvall who then spent the next several days with us helping us find a nice and reliable pre-owned vehicle. Alex was very polite, courteous and patient with us with a good sense of humor that made our shopping experience a blast. He helped us find our perfect car that happened to be a 2012 Mercedes C300, silver with a black interior and V6 under the hood. The minute we took it off the lot for a test drive we knew it was a tough contender to an SUV we were searching for, the team at the dealership helped us secure the loan and also gave us an insurance quote. While waiting for the financing to go through we felt at ease, there was a positive vibe at the dealership. It’s only been a week since the purchase; we absolutely love our new car and are thinking of going back in a year or so to replace our other vehicle that is getting old. More
