Pleasure to do business with Alex and Marcin Alex Duvall was the sales person that I dealt with and it was a pleasure to work with him. Alex also followed up with me during and after the entire process to ensure that I was completely satisfied. Alex and sales manager Marcin Cybulak were both very up front and straightforward and a refreshing change compared to many car dealers that I have dealt with in the past. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and have never experience the 10 star service I received when trading in my vehicle and purchasing a Mercede I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and have never experience the 10 star service I received when trading in my vehicle and purchasing a Mercedes SUV from Motor Werks at the Infinity Motor Werks Dealership @ 1075 W. Golf Road in Hoffman Estates. I want to personally thank Sales Associate Atanas Petrov and General Manager Rick Ayash for the great customer service I experience from start to finish in handling my car purchase. These two gentlemen honestly cared about what they sell and help their customers try to make the right decisions with no pressure. Not only did I purchase a great looking vehicle, but I can now put more money in my pocket instead of a bad lease deal I was in from another dealership.
