He explained the features, and discussed the range in cost with upgrades etc. When it was time to purchase the vehicle he found me the color and interior I wanted, and was very honest to deal with. If you're looking for a really good guy, that knows a lot about the vehicles he sells, and is easy on the nerves... Geno is your guy! More

I always felt there was complete transparency, and that he wasn't hiding anything that might be suspect about the car or dealer process. Ryan in Finance was also a pleasure to work with, and even was able to come back the following day with good news about a new, lower rate he had worked out. All in all, a great experience in a scenario I was not looking forward to. Turned out to be a great car from some great guys! More
Replaced the car I bought I bought a used Mercedes. Had a strong chemical smell. Brought it back. Nina kept it for four days and replaced it for me without any arguments. I was called a liar! I purchased a used Infiniti from this dealership. I gave my car in a few days after I purchased it to have my windows tinted and have a remote-starter I purchased a used Infiniti from this dealership. I gave my car in a few days after I purchased it to have my windows tinted and have a remote-starter installed. I had my Ray Ban's in the upper head compartment when I gave my vehicle for service. When I got my vehicle back, there were no Ray Ban's in the car. I called the customer service at the dealership they told me NINA would look into this. I was promised a call back from her once she reviewed the video tape. She NEVER called me back, about a week later I HAD TO FOLLOW UP WITH HER. She told me that they don't know if there were any glasses in the car. I HAD NO WAY TO PROVE THAT THERE WERE GLASSES IN THE CAR. After speaking to NINA, the GENERAL MANAGER called me and told me that I could also say that I left a stack of $100 bills in the car, and I could be making it up. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Basically, in a indirect way THEY CALLED ME A LIAR & THEY ARE THE ONES WHO STOLE MY GLASSES. I really don't appreciate being called a liar. The least they could have done is offered to reimburse for it, or atleast offer an apology. Instead, they told me that I could be lying. I am VERY upset with this. I get it that the matter is small it's only a pair of glasses but the fact that they are questioning whether I am speaking the truth is upsetting. At least be more sympathetic towards a customer who trusted you and your business. I hope they read this and realize how wrong their behavior was towards me. This was my first experience with this dealership... I will never go back for a future vehicle purchase. I also want to mention another thing about this whole experience that was disappointing... It was that I noticed scratches near the rear vent area AFTER I purchased the car. They agreed to make it less noticeable by doing something to it which they did. So I could even overlook this a little bit... But I wish I was told about them before I made the purchase. I would recommend that if you already purchased a vehicle from here and are giving it for service than make sure there is nothing in your car, because there are thieves working in this dealership. If you are thinking about purchasing from this dealership than think twice. More
