Fair. I have issue with your seevice advisor Randy Escanuelas. I brought my car to have the one tire of my Infinity on 6/17/2025 for low pressure. The tech I have issue with your seevice advisor Randy Escanuelas. I brought my car to have the one tire of my Infinity on 6/17/2025 for low pressure. The tech did not find anything wrong and instead he recommended that my car need oil change, and air filter. I told him my wife barely used her car due to her health condition. The mileage of her car has 17,304 when i brought it in on June 1, 2025. I told Randy i don't think the oil change service is not needed bcoz my wife barely used it and always park in the garage but he insisted that it must be changed and he gave me all kind of alibi that this is Las Vegas. I went ahead and had it done and i paid $677.82 and it took them several hours to wait. On 12/17/2025, i returned the call of Ms Angela and request an appointment for the same low pressure tire issue on the front left. A Angela gave me an appointment on 12/18/2025. Angela assigned me to Randy. I told Randy to check the same tire as it is loosing air. I told him to let me know the evaluation of that tire. After waiting for 2 hrs, Randy told me that the tech found another hole in the same tire. He said the tech fixed it and he said it should be okay. I told Randy to reevaluate the same tire for loosing air and let me know. Randy did not come back to me to let let me know, but instead, he said the tech found another hole with the same tire and he fixed it. I told him how did it happened in the same tire occurred another hole. He said we might pick up a nail somewhere and told me in a rude manner. The mileage when i brought in the car was 17,304. I can’t rate the mechanical part of the service but I can say when I received the car, the coolant splash from the radiator was still all over the engine, inside the hood- still on the windshield the bumper say when I received the car, the coolant splash from the radiator was still all over the engine, inside the hood- still on the windshield the bumper and the grill- the clips to secure the plastic peace on top of the radiator 2 were half way out. EZ is always amazing! Except your dealer falls short when asking for transportation such as when oil change is needed.
