Las Vegas Infiniti are lifesavers! Our family had just started a 2+ week driving vacation when our air conditioning went out 2 hours outside of Las Vegas in 105+ heat. We called Las Veg Our family had just started a 2+ week driving vacation when our air conditioning went out 2 hours outside of Las Vegas in 105+ heat. We called Las Vegas Infiniti with no reservation on a Friday afternoon. They offered to immediately get us into the service department when we arrived and do everything they could to get us on our way. We had non-refundable reservations throughout Idaho, Wyoming, Utah and Arizona and were worried our vacation was shot. We were immediately greeted by Service staff and brought into the lobby and offered cool drinks. Tim was our service agent and Marc the manager took care of us immediately and kept us updated on the progress. They went above and beyond to get the car inspected, figure out what needed replacing and get the warranty approval within an incredibly short time. We were able to get the car the next morning and were able to catch up to our vacation plans. Without everyone at this awesome dealership our vacation would have been in ruins. Thank you again!
