FABIAN IS MY SERVICE MAN. HE ALWAYS ACCOMMODATES MY REQUESTED APPOINTMENT TIME. WHEN I BRING THE CAR IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, HE ASKS ME IF THERE ARE ANY SPECIAL CONCERNS. WHEN I MENTION THEM, HE REQUESTED APPOINTMENT TIME. WHEN I BRING THE CAR IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, HE ASKS ME IF THERE ARE ANY SPECIAL CONCERNS. WHEN I MENTION THEM, HE ALWAYS CLOSES ON THE ISSUES WITH ME WHEN THE CAR IS READY. FOR EXAMPLE, I TOLD HIM TODAY THAT THERE WAS SOME RATTLING IN THE BACK PART OF THE CAR. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE LOOK AT IT. AS I WAS LEAVING, HE GAVE MED THE FEEDBACK FROM THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE THAT THEY HAD TIGHTENED SOME OF THE BOLTS AND SCREWS AND THEN THEY COULDN'T HEAR THE RATTLING ANY MORE. More

If you want to know what a horrifying customer service experience is then you should try going to "Towbin Infiniti" on Sahara Ave- Las Vegas. There you will be treated in a rude, unrespectable and awful experience is then you should try going to "Towbin Infiniti" on Sahara Ave- Las Vegas. There you will be treated in a rude, unrespectable and awful manner by some guy hired by the company to be a " Used Cars MANAGER". I believe his job decsription is driving customers away & I also believe that he is doing a great job. However to be fair, the Sales Consultant was helpful and he was trying to do his best but this will not make me forget how insulting this experience was and how incompetent some of Infiniti so-called managers are. Not too long ago I visited towbin infiniti with my wife. She was looking at purchasing a 2010 G37. My wife a very intelligent woman is not really a car person. WHen she asked the questions the salesperson was unable to answer the questions and quite honestly seemed annoyed when she did ask them. He continuously avoided them. Now I am spanish however my wife is not and clearly doesn't look it as well. He tried to speak to me in spanish even though I would respond to him in english at of respect for my wife. The sales manager sat down with us and did the same thing. It was to the point had to actually tell them to speak english. They knew my wife was the purchaser but was solely directing there attention to me. we told them it gonna be a purchase however they kept trying to get us to lease. Danny was extremely rude and didnt want let us see the real numbers. We eventually just left. the next morning we drove out to california got a great price on a G37. As we were walking out I saw a Qx56 and traded my suv for it on the spot. Towbin there is a reason why you have had a bad reputation in the past and it is being continued in the present. More
