Very personable, willing to go that extra for me. Prices werent bad at all, and they didnt charge me to check out my supposed alignment even after we learned it was my tires that needed replacing. I recently received a letter inviting me into the dealership to possibly trade in my current Infiniti (QX56 - 2009) and purchase or lease a new one. Though I did visit the dealership, sadly, I owe too much on the QX56 lease and a "deal" did not seem to be possible. Nevertheless, I would like to bring to your attention your sales person Alex. He was very polite and knowledgeable, & nicely dressed and pressed. We went for 2 drives in in the Series M cars (one an M37, the other an M56) ... had a great time, & good conversation. He was very knowledgeable about both cars, relaxes as I drove, answered all my questions, and was very pleasant. More

I love this dealership... I cannot believe that any VALID and HONEST customer would give them less than five stars. Whenever I have a service issue, I always call and make an appointment with Fabian. I have known him for several years now and he has ALWAYS been such an honest, nice and professional service manager. He ACTUALLY cares about his customers, their cars and their safety. He NEVER is pushy or tries to up sell a customer. I know the other people in the service department too and they are ALL very nice guys. I just met Fabian years ago and choose to utilize him for my service requests, but the other guys will do you justice as well. I hear their customers saying thanks again and you are the best EVERY time I go into Towbin Infiniti. I also had a great experience during the sales process at Towbin Infiniti as well… My sales rep was a great guy… He was fair, negotiated fairly to an amount which I was VERY happy with. He was not pushy and was easy to deal with. I NEVER do reviews but when I saw that customers were talking negatively about this great company, I had to stand up for them! I will be purchasing my next car from them again within the next month or so... I would NEVER go anywhere else in Las Vegas for my Infiniti! Mercedes and BMW cannot compare in my opinion to Infiniti... More
