There was no pressure to buy. Andrew said he would take care of me and that is exactly what he did. I purchased a QX 56, used, at what I believe to be a very good price. This was my first car buying/dealership experience. I was nervous since I am a young single professional woman. But I did my homework and found the used car I was looking for at Kuni Infinity. I went to the dealership pre-approved with an interest rate of 8% from a local Credit Union. When all was said and done Ken & Michael (finance manager)were able to get me approved at 5.74%!!!! They gave me a fantastic trade-in value, which enabled me to stay in the budget I had set. When I showed up to sign the paperwork, the fees were LESS than the proposal I had in my hand!! Total cost was auctually less at the time of signing than it had been previously discussed! Ken was truly wonderful to work with, he never put any pressure on me, answered all my questions, and he always treated me with dignity & respect.The day I planned to pick up the vehicle it was snowing badly. Ken auctually offered to drive the car to me in Kirkland!!!!!! I've never experienced such quality customer service EVER!!!!! More

We had never really considered an Infiniti. We were looking at the Audi A-4 and Lexus IS 250 and test drove those. Then we heard the ads for a $299 lease on the G25x which seemed really reasonable for looking at the Audi A-4 and Lexus IS 250 and test drove those. The online ratings were strong and we liked the 4-wheel drive for driving to our mountain cabin. When my wife went to the dealership and drove the vehicle she loved it. She is a little afraid of car dealers but thought the guys at the dealership were super relaxed, nice and super professional. It was a great car buying experience all around. The owner and manager were right there helping us out and making us feel comfortable with everything. After we were set to go they set up a followup meeting to go over questions on the vehicles a few days later. That was really helpful. They even washed my subaru lease return so when I turned it into subaru it would look nice. Honestly, it was the easiest, most enjoyable car buying experience I have been through. Now we have had the car for about a month and it is a Joy. It's like my wifes own little sanctuary. We were supose to share it but Im not getting to drive it much. Nicest car with the best performance we have ever had. I highly recommend Kuni Westside Infinity in Lynnwood and the G25x. More

They looked over the car and found couple of items that I was unaware that needed fixing and even washed my car. As I was waiting, the owner, Andrew came out introduced himself.
