I live almost 3 hours away and wanted to do this as quickly as possible to avoid a predicted snow storm. I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle was. They kep me apprised of the car's availability and even took additional pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me by email. The test drive was pleasant, and the sales process was easygoing and enjoyable. The few flaws with the vehicle were fixed within a week and I picked it up in Like New condition. I was extremely happy with Steven Johnson and Tony Saldana - they made my experience a great one, and I will probably return the next time I'm looking for a car. More
