At the dealership, Patrick was friendly, efficient, and displayed considerable patience. He took me on 4 test drives in 2 different CPO models, and then on a new Q50 test drive. He negotiated a good deal on a used M37, and a great deal on a leased Q50. Patrick and his team are great to work with and i look forward to working with them over the next 3 years of my lease. More

Had yet another absolutely spectacular experience with Scott Rehfeldt at Infiniti of Naperville. I was looking for a quality pre-owned car for my college-aged daughter. I called Scott and told him we we Scott Rehfeldt at Infiniti of Naperville. I was looking for a quality pre-owned car for my college-aged daughter. I called Scott and told him we were interested in looking at three vehicles and set the appointment. When my daughter and I pulled up to their delaership, he met us outside and had all three cars in front, running, warmed up, and "ready to go" (which was wonderful given it was 15 degrees **COLD** outside). After selecting the one she wanted, he went over all the details and history of the vehicle and then worked with Jim McColgan to get a great deal on the vehicle at a super competitive finance rate through Wells Fargo without wasting time with back and forth negotiating. Entire process took maybe an hour. We took delivery two days later after they had detailed the car inside and out as well as wet-polishing it to a showroom shine. Then Ryan, their delivery specialist, sat my daughter in the car and showed her all the features it had, how to use them, and even helped her pair her phone via bluetooth (keep in mind this was a pre-owned Ford, not an Infiniti that they are intimately familiar with). This is my immediate family's 2nd car purchase from Scott (and my extended family and co-workers have purchased at least 4 vehicles) in the last 6 months because of the great service and great deals. Scott is super professional, does not waste anyones time, and will even go so far as to steer us clear of a car that might not be "right" for the given situation (unreliable, prior owner smoked heavily, accident report, etc). We will definitely purchase from him again and again. Thanks! More

As far as the experience goes, the service and atmosphere that this dealership gave off was one far beyond what I was expecting. I'm a young female college student, and this was this was where I had found a beautiful, used Ford Fusion that would also happen to be my very first vehicle I would own. On the first day of a few test drives my father and I called in a half-hour ahead with the cars we would like to look at, and as soon as we had pulled in and our salesman Scott Rehfeldt had all three cars for us and was ready to go. Not only was it awesome to have all three side-by-side to look at, but there is nothing better than getting in a nice warm car when it's 20 degrees outside. When I had decided that the used 2009 Ford Fusion was definitely the right car for me Scott quickly got to work with finding the best rate possible, and ensured me that this was a great car. Not only was I excited since this was my first car, but I felt very comfortable and was glad that Scott was doing his best to help explain the entire process I would have to go through in a way that made me worry-free. After that I waited a few days to let them do some final inspections, cleaning and the what not, and when I went to pick it up I could not contain my excitement. Not only had this process been extremely easy, but the car looked absolutely spectacular! Ryan Indelicato then took me inside the vehicle and helped me set up my blue-tooth, showed me the ropes of how it functioned, and was willing to answer any further questions I had about the car's functions and little nit picky features. I can't express how pleased I am to be driving this car, or how outstanding the service was. I never thought shopping and purchasing a vehicle could be so fun, easy-going, comfortable, and exciting as this. All I have to say is AWESOME! I turned in my lease-ending 2010 Infiniti G37x and traded into a 2014 Infiniti Q50, a slightly different version of the G. My test drive with salesperson Bill Haines was as satisfactory as my first drive in into a 2014 Infiniti Q50, a slightly different version of the G. My test drive with salesperson Bill Haines was as satisfactory as my first drive in the G37 3 years ago: I was able to take the car up onto the highway which is usually not protocol. I dont think you can tell much about a car's performance by a tiddly drive around the dealer's neighborhood. I think the Q50 is okay, it's not exhilarating like the previous Infiniti and I really wasn't expecting to trade into the Q, honestly. I thought I would get something else. But the year-end deal that Bill Haines made me was outstanding and fit my budget. What the xxxx, it's only a lease, not a marriage: it ends in 3 years! Great job Bill. No pressure and no hassle. Extremely friendly salesperson. More
