Was in town from St. Louis to visit and had a flat tire on the way up. I needed to get a full size tire on my car before the return trip. On a Saturday morning, without and appointment, they had my car ready to go in 45 minutes. But the true service came after that. I have a tire warranty for my car that I purchased when it was new. They gave me all the information I would need in order to fulfill the requirements to get reimbursed. It was clear that have had to deal with the situation before because they gave me all the required information as well as the actual tire back since they knew that would be required for reimbursement. After a flat tire out of town on a Friday night, I was unsure what my options were. Corey and his team at Infiniti of Lisle made the situation the best it could be and additionally, gave me the best chance of getting reimbursed for the damage. More
