Horrible experience. I expected more from an infinity dealer. Instead it was like going to a used car lot. 1, salesman said i HAD TO finance and not refinance for 5 months. Pretty sure this was a lie. dealer. Instead it was like going to a used car lot. 1, salesman said i HAD TO finance and not refinance for 5 months. Pretty sure this was a lie. 2, finance manager was relentless trying to sell me an extended warrantee, even though the car still had 3 years worth of original bumper to bumper. 3, sales man said i could not pick up on the weekend. I finally told him to just leave the keys. He even took a picture of the keys in the center console. When i showed up to get the car he was there, which made me wonder why the run around. 4, the car had an additional 200 miles on it from when i signed, two days prior. Totaly un professional!!! Wish i could give zero stars. More
