Angry at myself for sighing sighing to move forward with dea I felt Chris my sales person was very helpful. It was when the financing staff got involved that it became to feel very slippery. The used vehicle I came to look at was discarded and they kept going lower in years and less features and higher mileage. They kept pushing me for higher payment while at the same time decreasing quality of vehicle. I could not get a answer to what they were using as a bottom line number. Also was told they were INCLUDING 7 year extended warranty. I signed some paperwork and left down payment. I had to leave to pick kids up from school and went back the next day to finish up. I met with another person to compete Loan paperwork. At that time found the warranty was not included as I was told but that I was paying for it and that it was 7 yrs from date of delivery so that only gave me till 9/23. Also found that the interest rate EXTREMELY high. He said he could not explain anything because he wasn't involved the day before and just sighing paperwork with me. Kept asking the day before but couldn't get answers. Also asked several times the day before what by bottom line loan amount was and subject was changed repeatedly. Bottom line is I'm stuck with a car that is not worth anywhere near what I pd for it with a payment over $100 more than I wanted for the next 6 years. Like I said I am very angry at myself for not just walking. Also still waiting to hear back about getting cracked brake light lence replaced. So much for the " strenuous inspection " used vehicles go through at Infinity of Nashua! Also concerned about tires and wad told they were good and I would get the inspection checklist to see the measurements of tread left. Never recieved and have had them looked at am have been told they passed but are not great. I just put $800 tires on my qx50 that I traded. Shame on me for being so stupid. More

Frustrating I finally found a good vehicle at Infiniti of Nashua but when it came time sign the paper work is when the issues began. The first person I worked w I finally found a good vehicle at Infiniti of Nashua but when it came time sign the paper work is when the issues began. The first person I worked with was Shawn Quinn. Shawn was great. He was easy to deal with, informative and communicated with me after hours via text about the whole process and kept me up to date with the process. When I was finished with Shawn I was directed to the finance mgr Steve Sokoloff to sign the financial documents. He was so unprofessional. It was five minutes before closing time and it seemed all he wanted to do was leave. He rushed the process telling me to sign here sign there, you want a warranty NO good sign here, thanks have a good night. My wife and I left saying what just happened. As we where walking to our car we could see Steve shut the lights in the office we just left and carrying his bag. He couldn't wait to get out of there. The next day I received a call from Steve Sokoloff stating that he lost the title for the vehicle. I was pissed. After a couple minutes of angry back and forth by me he gave me 2 options, they would apply for a duplicate title which could take a month or I could pick out another vehicle. Needless to say this vehicle was going to be B-day gift for my daughter which was in a week. I told him that both of those options sucked and I don't want to talk to you have your supervisor call me. About an hour later Finance Director Mike Turin called me. Mike was nice and had a couple of ideas to help with the situation. He offered to pay for my first months payment and get me a loaner car.. Although still very upset I accepted this. When I came to pick up the loaner car both Mike Turin and Shawn Quinn came right up to my wife and I and continued to apologize which I respected while Steve Sokoloff sat in his glass office pretending he was busy as he glanced up at me wouldn't even come out to apologize to my face even though you Steve caused this whole situation. I don't respect you at all. The entire process from start to finish started on Nov 12th and the vehicle was not registered December 4th. Longer process than I thought when I first started this process. I believe that if you took Steve Sokoloff out of this process none of this would of happened. A wise man once said, “you cant fix stupid” More
